You can certainly return items to us. Please make sure they are in their original condition and returned within 14 days and we will refund you in full (excluding original delivery fees). Please arrange to send all items in the original packaging back to: PAD, 1 ROYAL CR, GLASGOW, G3 7SL. Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging or sadly no refunds will be possible. Please obtain proof of postage for your returns and we also recommend that you insure any returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Items that arrive back at headquarters broken because of insufficient packaging will not be refunded either, please pack appropriately. We will endeavour with all good faith to process your refund as soon as possible once the goods have arrived back and have been checked. Please note it may take up to 14 days for funds to arrive back to the original payment method.
This is the last thing we want, please accept our since apologies if anything is wrong with your product, we will of course cover your returns postage and arrange a replacement or new item. The first step is to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please take some pictures and include them in the email with a description of what is wrong and our team will call to discuss the best way forward, should it be a replacement, repair or refund.
